Senior Account Manager @ BoxPlay

You are a motivated Senior Account Manager, eager to advance your career within a dynamic, tech-enabled, and creative working environment. With your client-facing experience, you excel at collaborating across both creative and technical teams. Your ability to understand client needs and nurture strong client relationships is unmatched. You are adept at crafting client briefs and internal briefs. You will be dual reporting to our Chief Creative Officer and Head of Production, and working closely with our creative and technical teams. We are looking for an organized and dedicated person who will fit with our proactive and respectful culture with a keen eye for proactive planning and team dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

●  Develop and manage project workflows from signed SOW to project close and client and partner handover in close collaboration with the Project Management and Production Team.
●  Uphold excellent customer, client and partner relationships across the board
●  Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by maintaining constant communication and timely completion of client and reseller partner requests.
●  Utilize project management systems to schedule and track projects throughout the facility.
●  Collaborate with clients and reseller partners to provide workable assets for efficient completion of purchase orders.
●  Maintain regular communication via digital tools, phone, and in-person meetings to manage client expectations, scope out new projects, provide updates, and represent customer needs internally.
●  Connect and follow-up with potential new customers and clients and providing demo access of products.
●  Identify and proactively escalate "at-risk" orders both internally and externally.
●  Act as a team leader, offering support and guidance to more junior staff as needed.
●  Prepare weekly and monthly status updates for key stakeholders as required and daily stand-up documents to keep project teams on track with daily deliverables.
●  Demonstrate adaptability and readiness to navigate evolving industry situations.


The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, experience, and skill-set:

●  Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working with clients in the production, creative or tech industries
●  Proven professional track record with previous customer service experience.
●  Knowledge of media production processes and workflows or SaaS experience is advantageous.
●  Ability to understand and interpret technical information and effectively communicate it to stakeholders.
●  Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating team sizes.
●  Strong interpersonal skills, emphasizing collaboration, dependability, and relationship management.
●  Excellent problem-solving abilities, coupled with curiosity and a willingness to learn.
●  Highly organized, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Production Operations Coordinator @ BoxPlay

You are a highly organized and efficient Production Operations Coordinator. Your chief responsibility will be as the traffic manager and point person across BoxPlay’s creative, production and learning teams.

You will be working across product, marketing and operations to ensure a smooth experience for our customers. We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience in a production setting and/or at a creative agency who can hit the ground running.

You are a proactive professional and use your organizing skills to collaborate and facilitate a smooth workflow. You will be practiced at setting up robust processes and systems to keep the business running effectively and talents thriving.

Key Responsibilities:

Product & Marketing

●  Supporting delivery of the overall pipeline and team schedules to ensure deadlines are met
●  Monitoring smooth operation of our LMS and website CMS systems, submitting tickets where there are issues
●  Support on testing in the case of product upgrades & consolidating data reports
●  Monitoring email inboxes including customer Helpdesk
●  Ad-hoc posting on the organisation’s social media accounts

Creative Operations

●  Supporting daily operations as required
●  Maintaining file storage systems online (Dropbox, GDrive) and offline (hard drives)
●  Supporting staff management, running onboarding, offboarding and ongoing access needs for passwords & accounts in Bitwarden
●  Managing SaaS subscriptions across the business, proactively flagging issues and improvements
●  Tracking expenditure, inputting into budgets and uploading receipts on Pleo
●  General oversight of tracking systems: asset tracking, contact sheets & more
●  Supporting with talent sourcing, such as managing applications & candidate screening


The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, experience, and skill-set:

●  Minimum 2 years of experience
●  Excellent communication, organisation and project management skills
●  Experience managing creative teams across multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously
●  Highly comfortable working with digital platforms including websites (CMS)
●  Experience with LMS platforms is a bonus
●  Experience handling creative assets across a variety of mediums (video, audio, graphic assets, animation, GIFs) with a working knowledge of the Adobe Suite
●  A proactive attitude, with the ability to solve problems and improve workflows
●  Experience in resourcing and talent management would be desirable
●  Experience managing subscriptions, invoice and expenditure tracking
●  Familiarity with file formats and asset management systems
●  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
●  Ability to cope with a fast-paced and pressured workplace
●  Ability to handle fast-changing priorities as required by the business

You’ll also be expected to:

●  Re-prioritise and troubleshoot where needed
●  Show consistently excellent communication across internal teams
●  Closely collaborate with and report to the Head of Production

We are currently seeking a freelance writer and/or team to work together with us on our current learning product in development: stress management in the workplace. Our online interactive courses are targeted at corporate professionals and use multimedia and Hollywood storytelling through scenario-based learning to create immersive, engaging learning experiences.

You are a great communicator and passionate storyteller with a strong portfolio of editorial work under your belt. We are looking for a writer who, working closely with our learning, creative and production teams, can write compelling and creative content, and is open to new ideas.

You are able to demonstrate strong editorial judgment, with thorough knowledge of editorial guidelines. The ideal candidate would have a background in journalism and has experience adding a quirky spin to technical, academic content and language.

You are proactive, imaginative, curious, driven by innovation and want to disrupt the status quo across multiple creative media. You are a proactive critical thinker and use your communication abilities to create better stories, learning products and processes.

You’re quick to understand a client's needs and generate inspirational, innovative solutions, creative ideas and generate original copy that will grab an audience.

- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Linguistics or Creative Writing
- Knowledge of the learning sector is a plus but not essential
