WHO YOU ARE:
If you are a great communicator and passionate storyteller, we would love to hear from you! We are looking for a writer who has the ability to write compelling and creative content, and is open to new ideas.

You are able to demonstrate strong editorial judgment, with thorough knowledge of editorial guidelines. The ideal candidate would have a background in journalism or has academic experience.

You are proactive, imaginative, curious, driven by innovation and want to disrupt the status quo across multiple creative media.

You are a proactive critical thinker and use your communication abilities to create better stories, learning products and processes.

You’re quick to understand a client's needs and generate inspirational, innovative solutions, creative ideas and generate original copy that will grab an audience. 

You are a collaborative person, open to receive, give feedback and work hand in hand with our amazing creative and learning teams.

Lastly, we are looking for a dedicated writer who will fit with our proactive, curious and respectful culture.

THE ROLE:
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment, has an interest in working on creatively led educational projects, and creating original content. You will be writing text on different topics in English, and have the ability to consider and research the area of expertise or topic preferences.

You’ll be expected to have:

- 5-8 years of experience as a writer for online content
- Have a passion for storytelling and a great eye for detail
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Linguistics or Creative Writing
- Knowledge of the learning sector is a plus but not essential
- Desire to learn and develop yourself
- And last but not least, you love to create and love what you create.
- Essential skills:

Your role will include:

- Excellent written English
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to conduct research and create original content on various educational topics
- Manage several areas of creative work at one time, prioritizing and delivering to tight deadlines
- Write, edit and proofread content for digital services
- Journalistic writing or academic writing experience is a plus
- Apply brand tone of voice
- Build narratives, write dialogues and scripts, and web content writing
- Collaborate with other writers, production and creative teams
- Present concepts and ideas, listen to feedback and make recommendations that are achievable within budget and schedule
- Deliver results that meet and exceed expectations

Production / Studio Coordinator @ BoxMedia

WHO YOU ARE:
You are a highly organized and efficient Production/Studio Coordinator. Your chief responsibility will be as the traffic manager and point person for BoxMedia’s creative team. We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience at a design or creative agency who can hit the ground running. 

You are a proactive professional and use your organizing skills to collaborate and facilitate a smooth workflow. You will be practiced at setting up robust processes and systems to keep the studio running effectively and talents thriving. 

You set the tone for the culture of any organisation you are a part of and are brimming with positive energy. 

You are able to self-motivate and work independently whilst being truly collaborative, open to receiving and giving feedback.  

You are obsessed with innovation and want to disrupt and improve the status quo across multiple creative media. 

We are looking for a creative and dedicated person who will fit with our proactive, curious and respectful culture with a keen eye for planning, collaboration, and team dynamics. 

You’ll be reporting to our Head of Production.

Essential skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production and/or Studio Coordinator
- Excellent communication, organisation and project management skills 
- Experience managing creative teams across multiple deliverables simultaneously 
- Experience handling creative assets across a variety of mediums (video, audio, graphic assets, animation, GIFs) - with a working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite 
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to solve problems and improve workflows 
- Experience in resourcing and talent management would be desirable
- Familiarity with managing subscriptions, invoice tracking and expenditure tracking
- Familiarity with file formats and asset management systems (GDrive & Dropbox)
- Familiarity with project management software (Asana) 
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to cope with a fast-paced and pressured workplace

Your role will include:
- Managing the overall pipeline, team schedules and daily operations including balancing both internal and external marketing projects simultaneously 
- Support for daily operations and ensuring deadlines are being met
- Support with talent resourcing and staff management
- Leading staff onboarding and other team admin
- Re-prioritising and troubleshooting where needed 
- Consistent and great communication with internal teams
- Close collaboration with and reporting to the Head of Production 
- Subscription management, inputting into budgets and tracking expenditure
- Oversight of tracking systems: asset tracking, contact sheets & more 
- Managing multiple inboxes both internal and public-facing
- Managing copyright and licensing systems in regards to stock images and video
- Deliver results that meet and exceed expectations
- Asset management
